Hello, I would like to become a shareholder in an existing company where I have been working since the beginning and where I have been largely responsible for the growth of this company. I want to become a shareholder for x percentage without paying money for it. My dedication and work has ensured that this company makes a profit. In addition, my presence within the company will provide a positive perspective and growth through my expertise and experience. My question is how I can legally realize this
