I am a lease driver. As a result of an agreement between my employer and the leasing company, I am confronted with a personal contribution for damage for every damage (even beyond my control or fault). Is that possible/allowed?

These seem to me to be very onerous conditions, that you are held liable for damage to your lease car that you are not to blame for. If you do not agree, you can object to this in writing. But please indicate that it is of course true that you actually cause damage and that you do pay a contribution. but not if you are not to blame.
