Change of administrator and mentor

My question: How can a slightly demented lady change her administrator and mentor because she is not satisfied with them and the experiences of the family [nephews, nieces, etc.] confirm this? About six months ago, the lady signed for this herself, but circumstances have changed.

If there is no guardianship or mentorship as referred to in the law, but only the issuing of authorisation by the lady, then the lady can, provided she is still able to determine her own will, revoke the authorisation by means of a written statement.
