Sickness Benefits Act or Unemployment Benefits Act? Discover your rights!

I receive a sickness benefit from UWV. This will be stopped on August 6 after the first-year sickness benefit assessment and I will then start receiving unemployment benefits. however due to new development in existing disease I will undergo surgery again on August 14. So I am not available for the labor market. what happens now? can i report sick again as of august 6? or only as of august 14? and what am i entitled to then? ww or sickness benefits? the UWV does not give a clear answer.
