Liability for damage to sound systems

Wedding party: We use the uniform conditions for the Dutch hospitality industry, our client has signed a confirmation with these conditions. During the booking, the DJ (known and guest of our client) has destroyed our sound equipment. This sound equipment has been rented by us to our client. Who is liable for the damage here?Lawyer
