I receive unemployment benefits. I have been diagnosed with diabetes 2 for a month now and have to take 3 tablets of Metformin and 1 tablet of Simvastatin daily. For my dizziness I also have to take 3 daily taking Betahistine tablets. Question: Do I have to report myself sick to the UWV?...or do I have to report this?
