Liability after an accident at a holiday park

Ir/Madam, This past weekend we (our family, 2 adults and 2 children) rented a lodge at a holiday park in the Netherlands. For the children there was a bunk bed for the night. Now my 6 year old son fell from the top high bed in the night, resulting in a broken arm in a cast for 6 weeks. There was no stair gate fitted for safety in front of the bed, nor was this specifically mentioned. But my question is, can I hold them liable for this injury/damage? That is an unpleasant event but no I fear that it will be difficult because you can judge better than anyone whether your son can handle sleeping in the top bunk of a bunk bed. The damage will be compensated by the insurer.
