LS I have a part of a house in usufruct. The rest is mine. Now I want to buy that part from the stepchildren. The value of the usufruct is 50,000 euros. How much do I have to pay them in connection with the index. I am 58 years old. Can they refuse me this or is this bad for me or them in connection with the taxes.
