VVE Costs: Receive free legal advice

I have been a member of a VVE for 5 years now. The largest part is inhabited by residents of Ymere, and thus Ymere/Yver is also the determining factor in all matters. I have been trying to get an invoice for the monthly VVE costs from Yver/Ymere for 5 years now. They say they never send these and that I can set up a direct debit. Yver/Ymere is required to use multiple payment methods, at least 2 or 3 I think? And Yver/Ymere has an obligation to send an invoice for costs that need to be paid, right? If so, can I hold Yver/Ymere liable for the costs incurred by a debt collection agency?Lawyer
The law offers multiple legal payment options. Of course, a certain organization can have a preference for a certain payment method. However, they may not simply exclude all other payment methods. If no agreements were made about the payment method in a deed when purchasing your home, they should simply send you an invoice with the costs of the VvE. Even if you have not paid an invoice, they should have sent you at least a reminder and a warning. Otherwise, a claim is not legally substantiated.
