I have reported sick, but I am 50% sick, that was decided by my employer, and I am also working my normal evening hours, just not in my regular department, which I no longer have? I am still waiting for a re-examination due to various physical complaints. I haven't even been invited to the company doctor's office hours, which is normally what happens? I have the feeling that someone is playing a dirty game with me, what can I do about this and is this allowed?

Not your employer, but you (in consultation with the company doctor) determine whether you can partially do your work. If you are unable to work in the evenings due to your illness, you should not do so. Inform your employer of this in writing and ask for a call from the company doctor. If your employer does not comply and responds by stating that he thinks you can work 50% and in the evenings, request an expert opinion from the UWV on whether the work you are currently required to do is suitable.

I am going to take steps, I have Meniere's disease and bump into things or fall over and then they ask how are you, not good of course, and there are more things at play, wear and tear in my 1st and 2nd vertebrae in my lower back, wear and tear in my knee, tennis elbow, my kidneys, high blood pressure, depression, inflammation in my leg, with black spots and so on. I am only 54 years old and I want to live longer than I do today. Thank you for your advice.
