Day, As of August 1st, I am unemployed. My employer did not extend my annual contract because they would have had to offer me a permanent contract. So I have had three annual contracts with this large international employer. I am entitled to unemployment benefits and I will receive them as of August 1. To my great surprise, I received a salary from my last employer at the end of last month. The accompanying pay slip stated that the salary was for the month of August. Have I now been accepted due to an internal error? What are my chances?
