I recently heard that there would be changes in the legislation regarding guardianship, administration and mentorship. Family members should no longer be allowed to act as curators, administrators or mentors. I would like to know if this is correct and if so, what exactly the changes entail.

There have indeed been changes, but these are mainly for the professional, It is always possible for a family to act as an administrator / curator. Of course, there are some conditions. If already appointed, the conditions have been met.
