Free legal advice on child support

Questioner

I broke up with my ex-partner. We have 2 children together and co-parent. Now my ex-partner has to transfer money to me every month because of the house and a joint loan. Two months ago my ex-partner had no childcare during her week, so she had to take time off work. She subsequently transferred 50.00 less to me because she believes I am responsible for this. Now I have been demanding for 2 months that she transfers the 50.00. She refuses to do so. What are my rights in this?

In general, agreements made must also be complied with. If this does not happen and the agreements are not in a document, such as a divorce agreement or a decree, then enforcement is difficult. If nothing is in writing, I recommend that you do this first. Then you can consider having these agreements recorded in a notarial deed.

You may consider having these agreements recorded in a notarial deed. If your ex does not cooperate, you can demand compliance in writing yourself, or via a bailiff or lawyer.
