My employer does not want to report me sick. What can or should I do to still get my sick report? Can a lawyer help or is there a chance of disrupted working relationships?

You can first report your illness to your employer in writing (e.g. email) and indicate that you want to speak to the company doctor. In doing so, you ensure that you are treated by your family doctor or specialist. If the employer still does not want to report you sick, I can assist you in this.

You must report sick to your employer. They must pass this sick report on to the Occupational Health and Safety Service. The Occupational Health and Safety Service must then assess the sick report further. Make sure you have proof of your sick leave, e.g. email, letter, text message, whatsapp. When you have reported sick, the employer must continue to pay your wages. If the employer does not pay, you must go to an expert lawyer. Many employers and lawyers are -unfortunately- not well informed about your exact rights and obligations.
