I have been suspended by my employer since Friday 20-3 1900 hours because of a statement made to a colleague in a private WhatsApp group, which others then took to the management! this statement was described as 'character killing' and 'very intimidating' the following I said: yes ****, you just have to do what ** says, keep going, drive everything to hell, spoil everything. Yes, drive until 12 o'clock at the office... on Tuesday... everything is going well, yes, good job, a brother in the fight, yes, not my fight! Boy, you are a jerk sometimes, aren't you? Yes, but we have more of them... so.... whoever feels addressed, take advantage of it! I and a few colleagues have been working for months at a high level (CEO) to bring order to the chaos and work pressure and weights of containers that we work with and we have passed our logistics manager by because we did not hear from him or got strange answers, such as on Friday 'if you think you can help with policy here you should have studied earlier then you would have been in my place, I think that is character killing! and that man has had more like that! now we have been put on inactive until yesterday and we were supposed to hear something by phone before 1800, that was 1750 that we were called to say that we can report to the reception on Friday 27-3 at 1000 and will be picked up there (feels like I'm a criminal) for a conversation, my co-perpetrator and colleague can come half an hour later! I have been working for this 'beautiful' company for 15 years and have always had the best for it and have worked hard for it! Every year a nice assessment and designated as a continuity carrier! It feels to me like we were looking for a stick and we found it! This logistics manager has been employed by the company for a year now and is not very popular and I think that he wants to silence the drivers in this way by performing an act that I think will cost me my head and that of my colleague. What should I do with this? I do not agree with dismissal, but I am not going to crawl and lick either, that is not how it works for me. I think they are violating my privacy by relying on private apps, I also think I should be allowed to express my opinion, even if it is a bit harsher than normal, in an attempt to start a conversation! and I don't think it shows mature behavior from the person(s) who passed this on, I'm not known as a bogeyman or a fighter but as someone who doesn't avoid the conversation! to be honest i think it's an overblown point!Lawyer
