We changed our health insurance from (...) Wide Choice to (...) Wide Choice + Family Package in December last year. On January 20, we received confirmation by email. This states that the change officially came into effect on 01-01-2015 Now that our children have received their braces, it turns out that they have NOT adjusted them. This is because we apparently had not made our payment 3 times last year. Now they refuse to pay and cooperate. Is this allowed? What should we do?

It depends on the general terms and conditions whether they can suspend the compensation or even waive it in case of late payment. However, you can claim the agreed appointment by email, stating that the appointment applies from 1-1-2015 and that payments from last year are no longer applicable.
