Day off at wedding? Get advice from lawyers

I have been working at the bakery for 27 years. I'm standing in the store. We will soon be married for 40 years, do I get a day off for this?

Normally there is no special day off for this. You will have to discuss this with your employer to see if you could get that day off.

Are you covered by the collective labor agreement for the bakery industry? If you are hosting a wedding party in the context of the anniversary that would fall on a working day, you are entitled to a paid day with retention of salary, provided that you indicate this a week in advance (see art. 8:5 paragraph 6 of the collective labor agreement for the bakery industry).
