I bought a house but the water supply goes through the neighbours. So I don't have an independent water supply or connection. I pay water charges and water taxes. The water company does not want to install my own water connection without charge. Aren't they obliged to do this?Lawyer
You will find the answer in Article 8 of the Drinking Water Act. The water company is obliged to make you an offer to supply you with drinking water independently upon your request.
