Good afternoon, I have a question about the parenting plan. My ex and I changed the contact arrangements fairly quickly after signing the parenting plan. We both benefited from this. Now we want to change the contact arrangements again and I would like it to be as stated in the parenting plan. My ex does not agree with this and says that because we deviated from the parenting plan immediately, I can no longer fall back on it. Is that correct? And what is the best thing I can do to be able to see my son more often?

In principle, the last agreements made by both of you are legally valid. I assume that the modified visitation arrangement has been in effect for some time and is therefore demonstrable. If you do not succeed in reaching an agreement, you will have to submit the case to the judge. You will need the help of a lawyer for this.
