Changing the opening hours of the campsite: is that allowed?

We have a chalet on a campsite. The season is according to the regulations 'from about mid-March to about mid-October'. Now we are told on February 8, 2015 that the campsite will not open on Sunday, March 15, but a week later on Saturday, March 21. Is the owner allowed to do this?
