What to do if you are unable to get a permanent position due to debts?

Dear, I currently work for a temporary employment agency and I really enjoy my job. I also get along well with my colleagues. Now it is so that I can easily continue working for the company through a contract, but because I have some debts, which I pay off properly They see no reason to hire me on a permanent basis.
