Cannabis plantation in rental property? Need legal advice!

A marijuana plantation was found in my rented house. The tenants were arrested. Now I have sent them a registered letter in which I announce that they must leave the house immediately based on the rental contract which clearly states that this is not allowed and that they must therefore leave. Can I clear everything in the house now? They are just reachable

You must ask the judge in summary proceedings to order the other party to vacate the home, and, if the other party fails to do so, to request authorization to arrange for the eviction yourself.
