Housing Rights and Rent: Discover your Duties and Rights

Hello Lawyers, Here is a question about housing rights. A daughter of a friend of mine is going to do a six-month internship in my neighborhood early next year. And I have offered that she can stay with me temporarily. In order to receive a non-resident grant, she must be registered with the Municipal Personal Records Database as a resident at my address. I wonder what the rights and obligations are of me and her. And how this relates to the rent she has to pay me. Thank you in advance for answering and have a great 2015!

You must draw up a rental agreement for the rental of a room for a temporary period/fixed time. Then the assets are separated. Are you renting under the room rental exemption and do you have your own home? In that case you do not have to declare the earnings in box 1. Permission is actually required from the mortgage provider and/or landlord. You must be well aware of the risks if you do not ask for permission (among other things) the debt can become due at once/the landlord states that you are not fulfilling your obligations and are in breach of contract.
