Bicycle accident liability: Free legal advice

Dear Sir or Madam, on October 30, 2014 I was hit by a small truck. I myself only had a few scratches and no serious personal injuries, my bicycle was badly damaged and broken. The total damage was minor. The driver of the truck and I filled in the damage form together. It is clear that it was not my fault and the driver stated on the form that he had overlooked me as a cyclist. I sent the bicycle repair receipt and the damage report to my insurance broker, who held the other party liable. However, this company rejected the damage and suddenly stated that I had hit the truck instead of the other way around. My insurance broker has started working on this, but unfortunately the other party continues to reject the claim despite the evidence provided and repeated contact. They maintain their position that I hit the truck and ignored the priority sign. They completely wrongly set aside the witness statement as well as the damage form. In addition, it is legally regulated that a cyclist has a protected status based on article 185WVW in relation to a motor vehicle. The burden of proof in this case lies with the other party (motor vehicle) but they completely ignore this. It is frustrating that the other party is not cooperating in any way, especially considering the small amount of damage. My insurance broker advised me to discuss this matter with you because I do not have legal expenses insurance. The insurance broker sees no more possibilities to recover the damages.
