Good day, My previous landlord won't refund my deposit. He has been trying to request the specification of the energy bill for 2 months now, which will have been very high and everyone therefore pays something towards it. The lease was terminated in September, with a verbal agreement that if he finds a new tenant before October 1st, I would not have to pay the rent. It is so that 2 days after my departure (before October 1st) a new tenant was in. What else can I do to get my money back...
