Damage was caused during mowing work to our fencing at the entrance to our home (on land owned by us). Mower Y is a subcontractor of the X group. The X gr. did the work, commissioned by the municipality of Weesp. On 2 July the damage was reported to the municipality of Weesp and the undersigned held the municipality liable for the damage. At first she denied everything, there had been a different company than the one they had ordered so that was not correct and the date was also wrong. With the help of the neighbors who saw it happen, I found out who did it. Now I am holding the municipality liable again, response from the municipality: You have already held us liable and that has already been rejected. You can send your notice of liability to Company Y. My questions: -Who should I hold liable for the damage?
