Reporting nuisance from neighbors

Hello. I have a question. I am a young girl of 26 and have very annoying neighbors who always cause a lot of nuisance etc etc. My neighbors are a lot older, around 40 or so. Well, the day before yesterday there was an argument between us where suddenly the neighbor attacked me out of nowhere. He grabbed me by my coat collar and my wrist and wouldn't let go, they had to pull him off me with the 3 of them. Now I had called the police but I was alone with my child as a witness and they were with the 3 or even four of them. Of course they say that nothing happened and that I am lying since I have no bruises because he didn't hit me there is no evidence of abuse according to the police. Now it turns out that my wrist is bruised. My question is CAN I still report this. Because it can't be that my neighbor who is about 40 can just get away with this? Or can he? I would like to hear more.

You can still report it to the police. I do recommend that you do this as evidence if you are abused again.
