My daughter (and 8 other students) her iPhone and iPod were stolen from her coat during gym class at her school. The locker room is always locked but this time the intern forgot to lock the door. Result is that someone from outside went in and took everything. I reported it and the school reported it. Now I hear from the school that they accept no liability for searching for property. Is there anything that can be done?
