Can my employer suddenly order me to do work that is not part of my job? Can I refuse this or is this a case of refusal to work? My employer has no understanding for the situation I will find myself in. I will then go from a management role to a management receiving role. My current colleagues will then suddenly have to accept my to assess functioning. My contract only contains a vague job description. Thank you in advance
