Legal Assistance with Subsidy Issues

I have a taxi company, in May I ordered a computer board and filled in a form for subsidy, the supplier sent an invoice for part of the payment, and automatically they had to apply for subsidy (the deadline for subsidy was the end of June) the supplier now wants me to pay money for subsidy, while I applied before the deadline and paid money for the subsidy application in May!!!

Annoying for you. Why does the supplier want this? And has everything already been delivered and paid for? Or are they now refusing to deliver? Do you have copies of the forms? And I have a few more questions. It would be easiest if you contacted me to discuss.
