Legal Question about Camper Storage

I filled out a reservation form for a storage space for my camper 2 days ago. The start date is April 1. I signed it and received a message yesterday by email that it had been accepted. Now I spoke to an acquaintance last night and I can park my camper in his shed. Because this is more favorable for me, I would like to park the camper there and therefore no longer at the storage facility for which I signed. Is this still legally possible?

Now that the completed reservation form has been accepted, an agreement has been reached. You want this agreement to be terminated because you can store the camper somewhere else. Whether you can terminate the agreement in time (or as soon as possible) and under what conditions (e.g. with payment of cancellation costs, etc.) depends on the content of the agreement and any applicable general terms and conditions. These contain the rules regarding the termination of the agreement. What you can also do is contact the owner of the storage location (by telephone) and see if you can reach an agreement. The owner may be willing to cooperate in terminating the agreement immediately. In mutual consultation, more can often be achieved than you might think.

An agreement has been reached between you and the holder of the parking space. Whether you can still get out of it depends on the content of the agreement and the other conditions under which the agreement was reached. You can of course consult with the owner of the parking space to see if cancellation is still possible, perhaps for a small fee. Informal consultation is the most appropriate way to find a solution.

Thanks for the answers. I have now contacted the stable owner and was able to cancel the contract. I did have to pay cancellation costs for this, but this was an acceptable amount for me.
