Maternity leave and UWV: Important information

Hello, I work for two different employers. With one I have a contract of 4 days, with the other of 2 days. (so a total of 6 days instead of 5 days). I am going on maternity leave in two months. When I inform both employers that I am going on maternity leave, they both request continued payment of wages from the UWV. Is it not a problem that I have a contract of more than 40 hours per week? In practice, I don't work more than 40 hours. At the employer where I have a 4-day contract, I take 1 day off every week, in which I work for the other employer. I look forward to hearing from you.
