I am from Canada and I moved to the Netherlands in November. I have been working and living at a hotel. I work 40 hours a week and get paid once a month. My pay is only €396 for an entire month. They then deduct some money for my living expenses leaving me with €173. I would really like to know if being paid €396 a month for 40 hour weeks is legal?Lawyer
When you work 40 hours a week and your pay is € 396,- it might be beyond what you legally have to earn. But you write you also live in the hotel. When it's 'for free' you have to add that to your payment.Neem de volgende stap
