Sick on holiday? Legal advice

Hello, I called in sick during my vacation, now I have been informed that my vacation will continue and that I will not get any days off back. Is that possible? I work at a breeding company. Kind regards

For days that you are unable to work due to illness, your employment contract/a collective labor agreement may stipulate that these days will be deducted from your entitlement to vacation/leave. The employment contract/a collective labor agreement may also state that sick days during your vacation are considered vacation days. This is only allowed for days that exceed the statutory minimum, so you must continue to be entitled to at least the statutory minimum vacation days, four times your working hours per week.
