Legal Advice on Supplier Liability
Questioner
I had sun blinds installed 2 weeks ago, they were not good. The fabric was not good, the size was wrong and the (non) right angles caused problems. The supplier came to take a look after 1.5 weeks and removed the curtains and the double-sided Velcro. This damaged the paintwork. The supplier offered to repair the paintwork on the spot. Now they are going back on that and think I should give them a second chance. They offer the same concept but with a different fabric. Due to the right angles and the fact that those sizes already caused problems then, I no longer have confidence in this and in the company. Should I give them a second chance or continue to insist that they have the woodwork painted at their own expense?Lawyer
Yes, you are legally obliged to give a supplier the opportunity to correct errors.Neem de volgende stap
