Help with Abuse in France - Free Advice

I was recently attacked and severely abused by a group of men on the last evening of our holiday in France. In the commotion we did not file a report. Now that the seriousness of the abuse has become clear to the academic hospital and the police in Deventer, I am urgently advised to file a report in France. I would like help with this, but I am not insured and want to be well prepared. So I have a medical file, a report in Dutch, photos of the injuries and the campsite has the address details of the perpetrators.
