we bought a bungalow for 96000 euro. we had already received everything from the bank. can a bank that everything was okay. can a bank just withdraw a week before the transfer. we had also arranged everything ourselves.

If a bank has promised to provide a loan and nothing else has happened, a bank cannot simply withdraw. I advise you to ask the bank why they are withdrawing.
