Sickness and vacation days: Is this allowed?

My employer has included my sick day with my vacation days. Is this allowed?

The law allows this, but only if it is included in the employment contract and it concerns extra-statutory vacation days. (According to the law, for a 40-hour workweek you get 160 hours or 20 days of paid vacation. Anything you get on top of that through a collective labor agreement or employment contract are extra-statutory vacation days). For both conditions I refer you to the collective labor agreement for your industry and your individual employment contract.
