I bought 5 tickets for Guus Meeuwis (in Jan.12) for the concert of 9-6-2012. On 4-6-2012 I received a message that the tickets could not be delivered. I was then given the choice to get the invoice amount back or find something else. I chose to have the invoice amount refunded. This should happen within 30 days. To date I have received NOTHING.
