BSGW reminder and payment terms

BSGW immediately sends a reminder As a citizen, I forgot to pay the 2nd installment. BSGW does not send a reminder but immediately a formal notice with a 7 euro reminder fee. Is this allowed?

For the payment of the second term regarding your tax, a term has been agreed upon before which you had to pay the amount in question. We call this a fatal term. Because a fatal term applies, you are immediately in default of your payment after the expiry of this term and the creditor no longer needs to send you a reminder. The BSGW is legally entitled to send you a reminder immediately, instead of putting you in default (again) by means of a reminder.
