I reported sick to my supervisor last Tuesday, but now he wants me to go back to work on Friday without the intervention of an occupational health and safety doctor. Is this allowed just like that? Went to the GP who prescribed me antibiotics. This because I have been suffering from a respiratory infection and progressive inflammation for quite some time.

If you feel that you are still unable to work, you must inform your employer. They then have the option of calling in a company doctor. The employer cannot simply force you to come to work if you are still ill.
