Help with legal questions about holidays

In March of this year I booked a weekend away at Hof van Saksen for 7 December. However, I received a letter today that this holiday park has been granted a moratorium. All stays after 3 September will be cancelled and advance payments will not be refunded. An alternative is a stay in August, but someone in our travel group is pregnant and due in August. This is therefore not an option for us. Are there any options for a refund of the amount (332 euros)? Possible via continuous cancellation insurance?Lawyer
