I still receive money from someone, but he suddenly passed away during my holiday. How can I find out who his notary is? Can I register as a creditor via the estate register?

You can find out who the heirs are via the estate registration and, if a notary has been appointed, who the notary is. You cannot report yourself as a creditor via the estate register. You cannot file a claim with the estate register. You can also send a letter to the last residential address to get in touch with the heirs or you can try to find the heirs via the death notice and file your claim there.
