Asking for spousal support? Discover your options!

I have been divorced since 2009 and pay 600,- spousal support. Now my ex has had a boyfriend for over a year who is with her at least 70% of the time, but he officially still lives with his parents. My ex says he contributes nothing to the household. Am I still obliged to continue paying my partner maintenance?

However, if the gentleman is registered with his parents, her boyfriend does not 'officially' live with your ex-wife, so they do not actually live together. So you still have to pay spousal support. This would mean that if her boyfriend stays with his parents once every 14 days for an evening and registers there, I will have to continue paying for 12 years? And this scenario is quite conceivable because there is absolutely no gain for their partner to be made by living together according to the law.
