I know that you can refuse the smart meter. But can you also refuse to have the Ferraris meter (current electricity meter) replaced by a regular digital meter? I assume that you have an agreement with the energy supplier for the return of electricity. If the agreement does not limit the return of electricity from the solar panels, you can indeed refuse to replace the old meter if it is unable to meet your contractual agreements. You can therefore demand that when replacing the existing mechanical meter, the electricity can continue to be returned in the same way as contractually agreed.
