Dear .... My family in the former Netherlands Antilles would like to purchase solar panels to save on their electricity bill. They want to save on their steam bill and not feed it back into the electricity grid. Nowadays, since 10-10-2010, these specific islands fall under the BES Islands, the energy law that applies here is the BES Electricity Concessions Act.
