Dear, I have been employed by a temporary employment agency for two years now. But I strongly suspect that my temporary employment agency is underpaying me. Now I recently read in a newspaper article that temporary workers are entitled to the same salary as permanent employees after 26 weeks. My question is: Do I have these rights as a secondment agency, even if the agency in question does not have a collective labor agreement (ABU-NBBU collective labor agreement)?
