Due to switching from UPC to KPN we had a disagreement about the last invoice. UPC hired a debt collection agency and transferred the invoice to BOSincasso but now we received a bill from a bailiff for the same amount. Do we have to pay this? It said that we had paid the debt collection agency 2 days too late.Lawyer
