I have been seconded from HAGO after Vivre Proper, I work my full hours, but 1% of my sick leave is still reported. Is this allowed?

In the case of secondment, an employment relationship with your employer continues to exist. I see no good reasons on the basis of which you could protest against the maintenance of your sickness absence registration. The Personal Data Protection Act may provide a handle here, but in general it will be assessed that your employer has a reasonable interest in registering sickness absence for the proper fulfillment of the employment contract.
