What to do in case of unaffordable fines?

Dear, I have been on unemployment benefits for some time now and as a result my income is considerably lower. Since I am single, I do not have the luxury of a second income from a potential partner. My fixed costs are around 920 euros per month and my benefit is around 970 euros per month. I recently received a fine of 143 euros, but it states that I cannot make a payment arrangement. What can I do about this, since I am simply not able to pay this fine, because I am on unemployment benefit and it is stated that a payment arrangement is not possible?

Day, what kind of fine because indeed no arrangement can be made for traffic offences. If you can pay a part just before the first fatal term and then after the first reminder (there are costs of up to 50%) and perhaps just before a second reminder you have paid the fine + extra costs in 3 terms. Alternatively, you can file an appeal and start paying the first installment, so you can split the total payment into 3 parts, one part before the appeal/objection, and two parts afterwards, the first and second reminder.
